I recommend mostly Indian government websites...they are so busy scratching their ass...they just dont have time to update them.

Hahahaha - depends on what you mean - But a popular website that would win my award is Airdeccan.net - it has to be one of the most awkward e-commerce sites out there, worse than even the early days of Amazon. Other than that, some government department sites which are notoriously bad to navigate but are a treasure trove of info if you know your way around, AICTE for example. And so are several corporate sites - Bombay Dyeing for example. You should really give categories here - Jurassic Age e-comm site, Government sites and corporate sites.
